JOHN W. WELCH, PRINCIPAL

Co-Founder & President

Mr. Welch has 30 plus years in the commercial construction industry. First as a Union Carpenter then Construction Manager for the Brookhollow Group, an Orange County Construction and Property Management Company. Prior to co-founding Ultimate Removal, Mr. Welch was Project Manager at Neil & Associates, a Los Angeles General Contractor.

PATRICK COLEMAN, PRINCIPAL

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

As CFO Mr. Coleman is responsible for all administrative and accounting functions. Prior to co-founding Ultimate Removal, Mr. Coleman spent 10 years as CFO of Neil and Associates, Inc., a Los Angeles General Contractor and is a Graduate of San Diego State University with a Degree in Business Finance.
