NIKE TOWN
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA
2 FLOORS—20,000 SF of TENANT IMPROVEMENTS
This project was performed during the day in Beverly Hills. We worked with the city’s recycling program and noise restrictions on debris removal, and recycled more than 75% of all debris that came off this site. Our team worked closely with the contractor’s project management team and alongside the superintendent. The project ran smoothly and we met the schedule that was asked of us.
Results & Key Accomplishments
- No noise before 8:00 am; trash out after 8:00 pm. 2-month job.
- Turned iconic building known as Nike Town into a White Box—for future tenants.
- Worked side-by-side with property management, building engineers and the city. Building had its own regulations. All parties kept well-informed of progress, etc.
- Adhered to Beverly Hills’ strict city rules and kept in line with what is expected of anyone entering Beverly Hills to do business.
GSA
LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA
7 FLOORS–94,000 SF
This project was performed at night in Long Beach. We worked with the city’s recycling program and noise restrictions on debris removal. We recycled more than 75% of all debris that came off this site.
We provided multiple crews and enough manpower to get this project completed on time, per construction schedule.
APPLE
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA
1 FLOOR—15,000 SF
This project was performed during the day in Culver City. We worked with the city’s recycling program and noise restrictions on debris removal. We recycled more than 75% of all debris that came off this site. We performed multiple projects at this building. It was a precise and delicate project. We were hands-on during the project and ensured that it ran smoothly. Our crew worked with the contractor and performed services above and beyond expectations. We met their schedule and the project was a success.
